Service

Loaners.app provides a web-based loaner pool management service for medical and dental device dealers, distributors and OEMs. You are responsible for the data you enter and for the consequences of how you operate your loaner pool.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Trial + billing

30-day free trial. After trial expires, the account becomes read-only until a paid plan is activated. Pricing is per-pool-size as listed on /pricing. We may change pricing with 30 days notice for existing customers.

Cancellation

You can export your data and cancel anytime. We will retain data for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it (unless legal hold applies).

Service level

We target 99.9% uptime. We'll do our best, but no SLA is guaranteed on Starter/Growth plans. Enterprise plans get a custom SLA in writing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data (back up your exports), or business losses.

Governing law

Portuguese law. Disputes resolved in courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
